Longtai started in 2001 as a small steel mill, moved into casting in 2007 and was incorporated as Yizheng Longtai Casting Co., Ltd. in 2011. Today it delivers cast, machined and painted parts to makers of pumps, valves, electric motors, compressors, crushers and machine tools.

Yizheng Longtai Casting Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 2011 and is based in Qingshan Town Industrial Park, Yizheng, Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China. The plant occupies 37,500 m², employs 150 people and has an annual capacity of 12,000 t. Longtai is a Jiangsu Province “Specialized and Sophisticated” enterprise and a National High-Tech Enterprise.
The business began as a small steel mill in 2001 and moved into casting in 2007. Eight months of sampling made it a long-term local supplier to Siemens Motors in Yangzhou, followed by WEG Motors, FLSmidth and others. Castings now ship to the United States, Brazil, South Africa, Chile, Australia, Germany, Denmark, Indonesia, Mexico, Mongolia, Peru and Taiwan, China.
Longtai specializes in gray iron, ductile iron and abrasion-resistant white iron castings for pumps, valves, electric motors, compressors, crushers and machine tools. Since 2007 it has produced more than 1,000 different parts to customer drawings. Patterns, molding, melting, heat treatment, machining and painting are all handled in-house, and parts ship fully machined and painted.

Founded as a small steel mill.
Moved into casting. After eight months of sampling, became a supplier to Siemens Motors.
Began supplying WEG Motors.
First certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Yizheng Longtai Casting Co., Ltd. incorporated. Melting and sand-handling equipment upgraded; annual capacity reached 12,000 t.
Signed a long-term supply agreement with FLSmidth.
Expanded the machine shop with CNC lathes, vertical lathes, drilling machines, milling machines and machining centers.
Built paint and dip-coating lines, enabling delivery of finished parts.
Completed a joint R&D project on compacted graphite iron brake discs for high-speed trains with China Nuclear Industry Huaxing Construction Co., Ltd.
Upgraded safety and environmental facilities; adopted safe and clean production practices.
Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise.
Passed the National High-Tech Enterprise reassessment.
Rated AA under the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System.

Engineers review English drawings directly and work with overseas customers in English, with no intermediary.
Drawing to Finished Part
Casting, machining and surface finishing are all done in-house. Parts arrive ready to install.
Fully Equipped
Medium-frequency induction melting, several machining centers and CNC vertical lathes, plus a paint line and a dip-coating line.
Long-Term Exporter
Long-term supplier to Siemens, FLSmidth and others. Licensed to import and export, and able to ship directly.
Safety and Environment
Medium-frequency induction melting. Certified to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with a clean-production audit passed.
One Part, One Plan
High-mix, low-volume production with a minimum order of one piece. Each process plan is set to the customer’s and the part’s requirements.
